About the role
Day-to-day activities include managing and maintaining Citrix environment documentation and KBs, maintaining high operational uptime and stringent SLAs, coordinating with applications and development teams as well as other operational and project-based tasks, mentoring of teammates and developing KPIs and operational standards.
What you'll do
- Efficiently troubleshoot complex issues
- Advanced level troubleshooting of Windows Server and Desktop OS
- Managing internal web and SaaS applications running within Citrix
- Monitor all components of Citrix infrastructure to maintain performance and reliability, work with the team to continually enhance and optimize the environment
- Managing infrastructure servers and VDAs hosted on VMware ESXi with vSphere
