About the role
The NOC Lead is responsible for leading day-to-day Network Operations Center activities, ensuring network availability, performance, and timely resolution of incidents. The role involves technical troubleshooting, team management, incident escalation, change management work, monitoring, and coordination with network/security/application/window/site support/ Local site contact Teams for support the business operation to avoid the business impact proactively.
What you'll do
- Prioritize and manage multiple incidents and service requests
- Lead response efforts for P1/P2 outages and critical infrastructure incidents
- Allocate and oversee ticket queues to ensure SLA compliance
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams and vendors when required
- Conduct incident bridges and coordinate resolution activities across network, server, cloud, database, and application teams
