About the role
Responsible for supporting program leadership in the planning, governance, and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Support program planning, milestone tracking, deliverable management, and dependency coordination across multiple workstreams
- Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, reporting cadences, RAID logs, action trackers, and compliance processes
- Coordinate with program leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, accountability, and timely execution
- Monitor program KPIs, financials, resource utilization, delivery progress, risks, and issues; identify deviations and facilitate corrective actions
- Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, leadership presentations, meeting materials, and management communications
