About the role
We are seeking a Senior Ansible Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team and serve as the subject matter expert for enterprise Ansible automation. The role involves designing scalable automation frameworks, establishing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) standards, mentoring engineers, and reducing manual operational effort across large-scale, multi-environment infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Automation Architecture & Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Ansible playbooks, roles, collections, and inventories across development, staging, and production environments
- Build reusable, modular Ansible roles following Galaxy standards and organizational best practices
- Develop and maintain Ansible Collections for internal distribution
- Create custom Ansible modules and plugins in Python, including action, callback, connection, and lookup plugins
