- Support the Banquet Manager in delivering seamless meetings, conferences, weddings and social events
- Coordinate banquet operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional service and smooth event execution
- Ensure all function rooms are set up to specification and maintained to the highest presentation standards
- Lead and support the banquet team, creating a positive, guest-focused environment
- Work closely with the Kitchen, Events and Stewarding teams to ensure flawless event delivery
