We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista Ambassador to join our coffee operations team in Udaipur, India. As a Barista Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional coffee experiences while building meaningful connections with our customers.
What you'll do
- Be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional coffee experiences while building meaningful connections with our customers
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages and specialty coffee drinks with precision and consistency
- Operate and maintain espresso machines and other coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and beverage quality
- Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing personalized recommendations and building lasting relationships
- Educate customers about coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to enhance their coffee experience
