About the role
Reporting to our Head Chef you will be responsible the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items.
What you'll do
- Be responsible the preparation, presentation and display of all menu items
- Also be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment and equipment
- Be expected to develop and coach our junior chefs, and provide them with learning opportunities and access to your experience and knowledge
- Also have the opportunity to work Sous Chef on menu development and creation
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
