About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Duty Engineer to join our dynamic facilities management team in Kochi, India. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that all building systems, safety equipment, and infrastructure function seamlessly to support our organization's success.
What you'll do
- Work collaboratively with multiple departments, demonstrate technical expertise, and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency
- Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments to ensure maximum productivity, operational efficiency, and service quality
- Supervise and oversee the operations of critical building systems including air-conditioning plants, boilers, pumps, and water storage tanks
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule regular servicing, maintenance, and testing of all equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance
- Verify that all safety measures are adhered to and maintain comprehensive records of fire-fighting equipment inspections and maintenance activities
