About the role
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall management and operation of the Hotel Housekeeping Department. The position ensures that guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and other hotel facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, safety, and guest satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily housekeeping operations
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and presentation standards
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, back-of-house areas, and housekeeping facilities
- Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, arrivals, departures, VIP guests, room moves, and special requests
- Establish and maintain effective cleaning procedures, checklists, and quality standards
