About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Associate to join our finance team in Chennai, India. In this role, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established financial policies and procedures.
What you'll do
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with precision and timeliness
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems and general ledger
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and variance analyses to support management decision-making
- Monitor and track departmental budgets, identifying discrepancies and reporting variances
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including reconciliations and adjustments
