We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate for our Food & Beverage service team in Kochi, India. You will work collaboratively with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival at the restaurant or dining venue, setting a positive tone for their experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are noted
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation, temperature standards, and attention to detail
• Provide personalized recommendations on menu items, beverage pairings, and dining experiences based on guest preferences and needs
