What you'll do
- Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of lobbies, hallways, common spaces, and respond promptly to guest requests and damage reports
- Conduct regular room inspections and quality control checklists to verify compliance with standards
- Maintain accurate documentation including section floor reports, room status, and occupancy information in the designated system
- Manage housekeeping equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate inventory levels and supply ordering to optimize resource utilization
- Implement and promote health, safety, and hygiene protocols across all housekeeping operations
