About the role
Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner. Complete assigned administrative and operational tasks.
What you'll do
- Assist the hospitality team with day-to-day hotel and guest service operations
- Support Front Office activities, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Assist the Food & Beverage team with restaurant and banquet operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest requirements are handled efficiently
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
