Oversee the daily operations of the All Day Dining outlet, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to Fairmont's luxury hospitality standards Develop and implement operational strategies to maximise revenue, optimise costs, and enhance profitability of the outlet Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional culinary experiences and service quality in accordance with established standard operating procedures
What you'll do
- Oversee the daily operations of the All Day Dining outlet, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to Fairmont's luxury hospitality standards
- Manage and supervise the dining team, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel, whilst fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximise revenue, optimise costs, and enhance profitability of the outlet
- Monitor food and beverage inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal supplies
- Maintain rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and Fairmont policies
