Receiving Associate at Accor. Receive all incoming goods and verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
What you'll do
- Receive all incoming goods and verify deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices
- Inspect received items for quantity, quality and compliance with company specifications, reporting any discrepancies or damages
- Coordinate with the Purchasing, Finance and user departments to ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods
- Ensure all received goods are appropriately labelled and transferred promptly to the respective stores or departments
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and food safety standards in the receiving area while following health, safety and hygiene procedures
