What you'll do
- Receive, inspect and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates for all stock movements
- Ensure proper storage, labelling and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to maintain product quality and minimise wastage
- Conduct daily, weekly and monthly inventory checks and assist in stock reconciliations
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Finance and operational departments to maintain optimum inventory levels
