About the role
Check expiry dates and ensure proper storage of perishable and temperature-sensitive items. Minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock discrepancies.
What you'll do
- Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans
- Verify the quality, quantity, and specifications of goods received
- Maintain accurate stock records for food and beverage supplies, housekeeping materials, engineering spares, stationery, and general consumables
- Issue materials to various hotel departments against authorized requisitions
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about replenishment requirements
