What you'll do

- Assist in developing and implementing spa protocols, ensuring all services and treatments are delivered to the highest standards
- Assist in creating and maintaining a unique and memorable spa experience, tailored to individual guest needs
- Support in recruiting, training, and supervising spa staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver exceptional services
