Assistant Manager Stewarding

About the role

Oversee all dishwashing operations and ensure efficient management of the stewarding department Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and stewarding areas in compliance with health and safety regulations Manage and maintain all kitchen equipment, including dishwashing machines, and arrange timely repairs and servicing

What you'll do

• Oversee all dishwashing operations and ensure efficient management of the stewarding department
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen and stewarding areas in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage and maintain all kitchen equipment, including dishwashing machines, and arrange timely repairs and servicing
• Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with international standards and company policies
• Supervise stewarding staff and provide training on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and operational best practices
