- Prepare and serve exceptional coffee, tea and specialty beverages to The Hoxton's quality and presentation standards
- Deliver a warm, friendly and memorable experience to every guest, building genuine connections through great service
- Maintain expert knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, milk texturing and beverage recipes
- Recommend beverages and food pairings while confidently upselling menu items and seasonal specials
- Ensure coffee machines, grinders and all barista equipment are cleaned, maintained and operating efficiently
