What you'll do
- Work alongside experienced bakers to support the daily production of high-quality baked goods
- Prepare baking ingredients by measuring, mixing, and organizing components according to established recipes and procedures
- Assist in the production of various baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery items
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards
- Follow recipes precisely and execute baking techniques under the guidance of senior bakers
