About the role
We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Mercure Hyderabad KCP as our new Commis 1 - Pasty. As a Commis 1 – Mercure Hyderabad KCP, you will support the pastry team in preparing and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked products in accordance with the hotel’s standards.
What you'll do
- Assist in the preparation, baking, decoration, and presentation of pastries and desserts
- Prepare ingredients and perform basic pastry techniques according to recipes and instructions
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and sanitation
- Ensure pastry equipment, workstations, and storage areas are clean and organized
- Follow recipes, portion controls, production schedules, and food-safety procedures
