What you'll do
- Assist Pastry Chef / CDP Pastry in daily pastry and bakery operations
- Prepare mise en place for desserts, pastries, breads, and baked items
- Support in production of cakes, desserts, doughs, creams, and fillings according to standard recipes
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet international brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pastry and bakery workstations
