What you'll do
- Ensure consistent food quality and maintain standardized recipes and presentation for all Tandoor dishes in accordance with Accor brand standards
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of Tandoor cuisine, including kebabs, naan, roti, and other Indian specialties
- Maintain cost effectiveness by minimizing food wastage and using ingredients efficiently
- Follow HACCP procedures and ensure proper documentation of food safety and hygiene records
- Ensure the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation
