We are seeking an experienced and visionary Engineering Executive to lead our engineering operations in Kochi, India. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of engineering maintenance, staff development, and operational efficiency while driving innovation and continuous improvement across our facilities.
What you'll do
- Lead daily engineering staff briefings and coordinate work assignments in alignment with organizational objectives and operational priorities
- Evaluate workflow processes and recommend strategic improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime
- Identify high-potential team members and develop targeted career advancement plans to build organizational capability
- Establish and maintain rigorous standards for team professionalism, appearance, and conduct
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new employees, ensuring they understand safety protocols and operational procedures
