What you'll do
- Monitor and control Food & Beverage costs by reviewing daily purchases, issues, transfers and stock movements
- Conduct regular inventory counts of food, beverages and operating equipment, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation and reporting
- Verify recipes, menu pricing and portion standards to ensure compliance with approved cost percentages
- Review daily revenue, voids, discounts, complimentary items and wastage reports, investigating variances and recommending corrective actions
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly F&B control reports, including food cost, beverage cost and inventory analysis for management review
