What you'll do
- Assist food and beverage outlets with daily operations, particularly during peak service times, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service delivery
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and analyze performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and profitability
- Lead and motivate F&B staff, fostering a collaborative team environment while maintaining high standards of professional conduct and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and organizational policies across all food and beverage operations
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to customize solutions and enhance the overall guest experience
