What you'll do
- Lead and coordinate all team activities within the department, driving operational excellence and strategic planning across all assigned areas
- Maintain exceptional food and beverage quality standards by overseeing preparation and service delivery according to established recipes and specifications
- Champion guest satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints, requests, and inquiries with professionalism and care
- Partner with the HOD - Food & Beverage Service to drive sales growth through innovative events and food festivals tailored to your assigned outlet
- Manage outlet operations efficiently within approved budgetary parameters while maintaining full legal compliance
