About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Maintenance Technician / AC Technician to join our team in Gandhinagar, India. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of our building's physical structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures, and furnishings.
What you'll do
- Perform routine inspections of premises, HVAC systems, and equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems including air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing
- Install, service, and repair air conditioning units (split, window, central AC, chillers)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
- Monitor AC performance, gas levels, compressors, and thermostats for efficient operation
