What you'll do
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hotel facilities, equipment, fixtures, and general building systems to ensure smooth daily operations
- Collaborate with other members of the Engineering Team to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and complete work efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, equipment inventory, inspection reports, and service records
- Ensure all hotel equipment, facilities, and systems are maintained in accordance with operational standards, safety regulations, and applicable requirements
- Assist in the planning and execution of renovation, repair, and capital improvement projects related to hotel facilities and infrastructure
