About the role
To provide excellent guest service by ensuring a pleasant dining experience, maintaining service standards, and assisting in restaurant operations.
What you'll do
- Greet and seat guests courteously, ensuring comfort and satisfaction
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food & beverages promptly
- Ensure table setup and cleanliness as per hotel standards
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
