About the role
Replenish guest amenities, minibar supplies, linens, and room essentials while ensuring exceptional presentation.
What you'll do
- Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to Accor hotel standards
- Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and room status updates to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and brand standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
