In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our guests' dining experience, delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and warmth.
What you'll do
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction
- Execute flawless table service, including setup, clearing of soiled items, and resetting tables between guest arrivals
- Take accurate guest orders and maintain precise control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring all charges are posted correctly and promptly
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office departments to maintain operational efficiency and exceptional service standards
- Inspect and prepare all operating equipment, linens, and condiments before service to ensure readiness and quality
