What you'll do
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of public areas, equipment, and facilities, maintaining organized systems and efficient workflows
- Conduct thorough room inspections, identify maintenance issues, and report unusual activities to the Housekeeping Manager with analytical precision
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across departments, promoting an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture
- Attend all assigned briefings, meetings, and training sessions, staying current with industry best practices and organizational policies
- Maintain the highest standards of personal appearance, hygiene, and professional conduct, serving as a role model for the team
