What you'll do
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the Housekeeping department
- Direct and control the housekeeping operations and staff of the Housekeeping department
- Oversee & direct all aspects of all Housekeeping activities in order to ensure the standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding Housekeeping service and equipment and hence take corrective action
- Responsible for the overall appearance of the rooms, public areas, lobbies etc
