What you'll do
- Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments of the hotel to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, operational efficiency
- Respond to queries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve billing issues, revenue discrepancies
- Ensure that all relevant personnel are kept well informed of the department's objectives, policies, procedures, and internal control requirements
- Identify optimal and cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on the same
- Ensure the safekeeping and proper control of all used and unused revenue-related documents, including guest checks, guest folios, official receipts, Captain Orders
