About the role

Responsible for preparing and serving beverages in the assigned area according to standard recipes and with excellent quality. Check for guest satisfaction and attend to guest’s request or inquiries regarding beverage and services. Any matter which may effect the interests of hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.

What you'll do

• Responsible for preparing and serving beverages in the assigned area according to standard recipes and with excellent quality
• Set up bar equipment and prepare mise-en-place in accordance with bar policy
• Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure to attend to guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding the beverages and services
• Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same
