What you'll do

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery in accordance with Fairmont standards
• Manage and supervise outlet staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and manage procurement to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction by implementing and enforcing outlet standards and procedures
