About the role
To maintain a systematic recruitment and selection process, maintaining a database of internal and external candidates for employment, whereby the primary focus is to provide development opportunities and promotions from within the company, with external recruitment as back up. To adhere to set external recruitment procedures to obtain the best talents in the marketplace from the competition.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement employee training and development programmes that align with organisational objectives and support career progression
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms, to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance
- Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies
