Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, Heartists, visitors and hotel property.
What you'll do
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, Heartists, visitors and hotel property
- Ensure effective surveillance, access control, regular security patrols and timely response to security incidents and emergencies
- Monitor CCTV and hotel security systems, control access to restricted areas, maintain security records and prepare incident reports
- Support fire and life-safety procedures, emergency response, lost & found processes and investigations as required
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to address security concerns and ensure compliance with hotel and Accor security standards
