Stewarding Executive at AccorHotel. Support the Stewarding Manager in the day-to-day stewarding operation, ensuring kitchens and back-of-house areas are clean, organised and ready for service.
What you'll do
- Support the Stewarding Manager in the day-to-day stewarding operation, ensuring kitchens and back-of-house areas are clean, organised and ready for service
- Supervise the stewarding team during your shift; ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Ensure all crockery, cutlery, glassware; kitchen utensils and equipment are cleaned, sanitised, stored and readily available
- Carry out regular inspections of kitchens, pot wash areas, stores and waste disposal areas to maintain exceptional hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals, operating equipment and stewarding supplies, reporting replenishment requirements promptly
