We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stewarding Executive to join our organization in Chennai, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage all stewarding operations, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage all stewarding operations, ensuring exceptional standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance
- Prepare and submit weekly payroll reports and overtime documentation to senior management for timely approval and processing
- Monitor and maintain personal cleanliness standards and professional deportment of all team members, fostering a culture of accountability and pride in work
- Prepare and manage operating equipment budgets for glassware, silverware, and chinaware, tracking breakage and theft with detailed documentation
- Identify and report non-usable products to management, maintain accurate breakage records, and ensure par levels of equipment are consistently updated
