- Maintain and update inventory records and stock registers
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices
- Prepare Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) for received materials
- Issue materials to departments against approved requisitions
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for replenishment
