What you'll do
- Deliver personalized and anticipatory service that consistently exceeds guest expectations
- Build strong relationships with VIP, long-stay, repeat, and high-profile guests
- Ensure guests receive a warm welcome, personalized orientation, and seamless departure experience
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and special requests promptly, professionally, and discreetly
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of butler services, including unpacking and packing, garment care, laundry arrangements, shoe care, and special amenities
