About the role
To be responsible for adherence on the production plan, production output, product quality, and on-time delivery
What you'll do
- Deliver on plan for production, assets capacity, manufacturing costs while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor operations as per production plan and trigger corrective actions
- Oversee all systems and processes around capsule manufacturing, packing and printing
- Track and optimize productivity of the plant. Support the Operations Head and CI&TT head in implementing improvements
- Ensure adherence to standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
