About the role
Oversee electrical & mechanical maintenance of HCM, utilities, mucilage preparation equipment, ensure calibration of equipment to deliver desired efficiency and up-time Plan & implement cost control initiatives and automation projects to achieve Engineering budget wrt energy, stores & spares (engineering) and R&M
What you'll do
- Review annual budget for maintenance, calibration and resources
- Achieve reduction in downtime on account of engineering
- Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance of equipment and machineries wrt utilities, HCM, mucilage preparation area as per plan
- Review process parameters and ensure implementation of corrective actions for utilities and HCMs on regular basis
- Review root cause analysis for repeated failure and effectiveness of CAPA
