About the role
We are seeking an experienced Edge Software Manager with a strong background in .NET/C# application development and C++ programming to lead our software team in building and managing Level 2 (L2) supervisory control and data systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines deep technical expertise with team management skills to deliver high-quality, compliant, and high-performance software solutions.
What you'll do
- Oversee the full development lifecycle - from architecture design and modernization of legacy systems to performance optimization and cross-team collaboration
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of .NET and C++ developers focused on L2 pharma manufacturing systems
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, foster a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and uphold software quality best practices
- Plan sprints, assign tasks, and track delivery in agile/scrum workflows
