About the role
The Technical Program Manager is an individual contributor responsible for implementing portfolio management processes, configuring work management systems, and delivering data analytics that support portfolio visibility, execution, and decision-making. This role translates strategic portfolio objectives into operational execution through hands-on process design, workflow engineering, Agile planning, reporting, and metrics development.
What you'll do
- Portfolio & Process Management
- Design and implement standardized intake workflows, prioritization frameworks, governance processes, and portfolio operating models
- Drive process adoption through change management, stakeholder engagement, training, and self-service knowledge resources
- Conduct process reviews, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions
- Partner with Agile coaches and delivery teams to align portfolio processes with team-level ceremonies
