About the role

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff (room attendants, cleaners, public area staff). Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards. Assign daily work schedules and manage staff attendance. Train new employees on procedures, safety, and service quality.
