Human Resources Executive

About the role

As an HR Executive, you will work closely with the HR Manager, hiring managers, technical teams, employees and candidates . You will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. You will also get hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, HR documentation, performance management and statutory processes.

What you'll do

• Technical Recruitment – Primary Responsibility
• Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from hiring managers and technical teams
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals and other relevant channels
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience and role requirements
• Coordinate technical interviews and manage interviewer schedules
